Hi Ray,Typically when a company is intetesred in an area and they have researched that you have your mineral rights, they will send you either a standard company lease in the mail or a commitment letter with an offer of a bonus and royalty.If they are really hot for your minerals you might get a knock on the door. If they knock on your door then you know they are serious about leasing.I would of course recommend that you get legal representation before signing anything. Talk to you neighbors, organize, bargain as a group and you will get a better deal because you have more leverage. Just my 2 cents.Rockpick

Let's go real here . first we are talking about the same town that if you put more than 6 bags of trash out will not take it ..the same denetrmapt who is in charged of snow removal and only _____section were plowed the same town where in January, I called the township to help shovel some senior out (steps and sidewalks no driveways) in my neighborhood since I was injured and unable to do it and was told we don't do that (I think it's because they know they could not make it down 46th street), the same township where I know many people have called to say the tree on the curb line is dead and was told that we no longer take them down it is you responsibility the same township that if you put leaves in the street you receive notice, ..I guess that many residents have also been ripped off by roofers who order dumpster to remove the debris, I could go on and on .I DO NOT hold any Public Service Worker responsible for this they do as they are told, and are very nice people and I glad that they are my neighbors, this is the fault of elected committee who approve and oversee our township laws, regulations and budgets.You can rest assure that if I am able to help me senior neighbors this year I will call the township building and state that Keith Hall told me you do this for FREE .

Bardzo ciekawy ayktruł :-)Fajnie byłoby gdyby ktoś jeszcze w ten spos b opisał tworzenie tuneli SSH pozwalających się dostać na komputer za NAT'emnp. aby będąc w pracy (r wnież za NAT) można było dostać się na domowy komputer będący w sieci lokalnej za NATtu sprawa jeszcze bardziej się komplikuje a możliwości są ogromne, zestawiając taki tunel można mieć dostęp z KOMP_PRACA (za NAT) do KOMP_DOM (za NAT) ALE wykorzystać tu trzeba KOMP_Z_IP (trzeci komputer z zewnętrznym adresem IP)

Hello rondlite77, My rlaoyty interest is in Weld County 11N, 62W. The drilling permits have been approved since November 2010 and January 2011. No drilling has been started yet on my sections.Do you know of a way to find out information on a start up date. It seems that the Colorado State owned sections in my township and surrounding ones have received expedited preference with regard to drilling vs. approval date.
